Zinc Football Academy are set to face TYDA (Manipur) in the Quarterfinals after an impressive and unbeaten run in the Final Round. With a place in the semi-finals on the line, the stakes couldn’t be higher.

ZFA head into this clash full of confidence, having gone undefeated in Group C with one win and two draws. A dramatic 4-3 victory over ASUFII FC in the final group match sealed qualification, while resilient goalless draws against giants East Bengal FC and Reliance Foundation Young Champs showcased the team’s discipline and defensive strength.

This is uncharted territory for Zinc FA… the club has never reached the semi-finals of the AIFF U-18 Elite League. Tomorrow presents a golden opportunity to rewrite history.

There’s plenty to be encouraged by. The squad has shown depth and character throughout the campaign. In the last match, it was super substitute Muzakir who made the difference, coming off the bench to score the decisive winner and send ZFA into the knockouts.
