As the fervor of football grips Rajasthan, Zinc Football Academy is ready to make its mark in the prestigious Rajasthan League A-Division 2023-24. The Hindustan Zinc’s Academy will commence its campaign on March 20th, 2024, against FC Brothers United in a thrilling encounter to be held in the vibrant city of Jaipur.
The state league, which commenced on the 8th of March, has already ignited the passion of football enthusiasts across the state. Zinc Football Academy, being the youngest squad in the league, will also bring its own flavours from the City of Lakes.
Zinc Football Academy boasts an impressive track record, having clinched the coveted title in its second edition back in 2021. Remarkably, the Hindustan Zinc’s team achieved this feat as the youngest squad in the tournament, highlighting their exceptional talent and bright future of Indian Football.
Prior to arriving at Jaipur for the first match, the Zawar-based Academy team embarked on a journey to Delhi, where they participated in the Reliance Foundation Development League. This experience has served as invaluable preparation, fostering a sense of belief coming into the biggest tournament in Rajasthan.
A total of nine teams will be facing each other twice, on home and away format, to determine the ultimate champion of Rajasthan on 28th May 2024.
